Shipping and Returns
Tuin International Inc. is a wholesale company and strictly sells to the trade. Please ensure that you qualify before inquiring. We require a valid business number for purchases. If you do not qualify, we will be able to direct you to our retail customers. Please e-mail us at shop@tuininternational.com.
All product lines are being billed and shipped through our warehouse in Georgetown, Ontario. Minimum opening order is $500.00, re-orders are $250.00. Orders are FOB Georgetown, Ontario and are pre-paid by VISA, MasterCard or AMEX. We also accept e-transfers. Product is shipped via CanPar Ground or Apex/Western Canada Express.
Defective merchandise must be reported within seven (7) days after receipt of product. Defective merchandise will be replaced within a reasonable time frame. Unfortunately we cannot accept returns for any other reason. Please inspect merchandise immediately upon receipt .
